摘要: 高校在创新型国家建设中担负着培养造就大批高素质创新人才的作用 ,文章在分析高校培养创新人才的重要意义、优势和制约因素的基础上 ,从创新人才培养模式、加强教师队伍创新能力建设、营造良好校园文化环境三个方面提出了高校为创新型国家建设培养创新型人才的方法和途径

Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of significance , advantages and constraints of universities in cultivating inno2 vative talents , this paper proposes measures and approaches for universities in cultivating innovative talents for building up the innovation2oriented country from the perspectives of the model of innovative talents cultivation , the reinforcement of innovativeness of teachers and the creation of cultural environment for campus life
